Rent the Easyrig Minimax, a lightweight, portable camera support for handheld operators. A spring-loaded power pack and overhead support bar carry camera rigs from 2 to 7 kg (4.4–15.4 lb) on a suspension line, shifting the load from your arms and shoulders to your hips so you can hold steady, organic handheld shots for far longer.
Tune the tension to your build with the weight-adjustment knob, clip on with the camera hook, and you are shooting in under a minute. It weighs 3.4 kg complete and packs into a bag that doubles as a backpack.

The Easyrig Minimax is the compact, lightweight member of Easyrig's Swedish-built camera support family. A padded vest and hip belt, a spring-loaded power pack on your back and an overhead support bar hold the camera on a suspension line, so your hips carry the rig's weight instead of your arms, shoulders and back.
A knob on the power pack tunes the spring tension anywhere from 2 to 7 kg, and a conical wheel feeds the support rope smoothly with an overload trip to protect the spring. The support bar adjusts from 91 to 99 cm, and the pivoting upper arm lets you swing the camera out to the side or bring it onto your shoulder while you keep a hand on the camera.
It is built for long handheld days: documentaries, news, events, reality, interviews and run-and-gun commercial work, with compact cinema and broadcast cameras such as the Sony FX6, Canon C70 or RED Komodo, as well as mirrorless rigs with a top handle.
