Rent the DJI SDR Transmission, DJI's compact software-defined radio video link for small and mid-sized crews. The transmitter and receiver send a 1080p60 feed at up to 20 Mbps with 35 ms latency over distances of up to 3 km, hopping automatically across 2.4 GHz, 5.8 GHz and DFS bands to hold a clean image on busy sets.
Each unit weighs about 145 g and runs on NP-F batteries, USB-C PD power or straight off a DJI RS gimbal. Switch on Broadcast mode to feed an unlimited number of receivers, or monitor on a phone or tablet with the DJI Ronin app.

The DJI SDR Transmission is DJI's lightweight wireless video system for small and medium-sized productions. It is built on software-defined radio (SDR) for better stability, interference resistance and penetration than a conventional Wi-Fi link. The transmitter takes an SDI or HDMI feed from the camera, and the receiver outputs to monitors over SDI or HDMI and to phones and tablets over USB-C.
In Control mode the link reaches 3 km (FCC), carrying 1080p at up to 60fps and 20 Mbps with 35 ms latency, auto-hopping across 2.4 GHz, 5.8 GHz and DFS channels. It supports up to two receivers with remote gimbal control, while Broadcast mode opens the feed to an unlimited number of receivers. The transmitter can also stream over Wi-Fi straight to up to two phones or tablets within 200 m.
It suits owner-operators, gimbal operators and small crews who want a dependable director's or focus monitor feed without a full-size cinema system. On a DJI RS gimbal it adds remote gimbal and camera control, the Ronin app adds LUTs, peaking, waveform and false colour, and a headset jack on each unit allows voice calls between camera and monitor. Use it for commercials, interviews, car rigs, tight interiors and documentary work.
